PROJECT UPDATE VALUE OF A CASH ADVANCE OF OFFICIALS
Project Executive on the progress of money to officials of the Municipality is the only issue on the agenda Thursday (29) the Board of Aldermen. The text sent by the Mayor Percival de Oliveira (PMDB) updates the reference value for the transfers, 100 times the value of a Municipal Reference Unit - RMU (R $ 206.27) for 250 times (R $ 515.68) . Is still being proposed to repeal the 2595 Act, of 1989, replacing it with new legislation providing for the system of advance cash to the servers.
In justification, the mayor notes that the reference value set in the 80s is outdated, as there was no subsequent updates. During the period, the procedures were updated, including drawings with magnetic cards. Also new budget classifications of expenditure within the public accounting.
According to the project, the advance is permitted when: it comesr of extra services and urgent, requiring immediate payment of expenses, the expense has to be paid out of the payer; minor expenses and cash in the various budget units, and when authorized by law.
Requests for this purpose are dispatched by authorities that may have the budgetary allocations should be authorized by the mayor, and can not pass 250 URM. The project also includes several details that the transfer can be effected.
The sitting of the House starts at 19 hours, and the entire community is invited to follow the work of Councillors.
